The Spring Semester of Big Apple Youth Sports at MNS will begin on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 and run till Thursday, June 15th, 2023. The program runs 5 days a week(Mon-Fri) between the hours of 2:40 and 5 PM. Students choose to register for a day(s) of the week for the length of the semester. No partial registration, please.  All students must be signed out. Pick up is via the main entrance to MNS (311 E 82nd St, bet 1st and 2nd Ave. All students must be signed out.

Students Do Not need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to participate.  BA Classes will follow all CDC Guidelines.

If a person or family cancels their registration in a class prior to the start of the class, the family will incur a $75 cancellation fee and will lose the $75 registration fee.  This money will be deducted out of the payment received by BAYS for said class.  Students can withdraw from any class during the first two weeks of the semester for the specific class in which they are enrolled. The refund in such a case would be  pro-rated  minus the classes attended and the registration fee. If a student joins after the refund period is over there will be no refund under any circumstance. IT IS UNDERTSOOD THAT NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE Spring 2023 semester after the refund period ends.  The refund period ends on Feb 10th, 2023 for Wed,Thurs, and Fri classes. For Mon and Tues classes the last day for a pro-rated refund will be February 16th, 2023. Furthermore BAYS will not extend a refund, make up days or credit for class absence OR any class or classes that have been cancelled due to any event that is out of Big Apple’s control.  This includes but is not limited to the Covid pandemic, variants of Covid-19, other possible viruses or pandemics, general sickness, injury, school cancellations, city/state/nation wide mandates, weather, natural disasters or any other unlikely events.

Classes are held on-site at MNS (PS 290) – 311 East 82nd St bet 1st and 2nd Ave.
